Refer a Friend

Hi,

 

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the ongoing issues I have experienced with your "Refer a Friend" scheme, which has been unresolved despite numerous emails, screenshots, and several reassurances from your team over the course of more than a month. This issue has been ongoing from the begining of the year!

I referred a friend to Sky in accordance with the advertised scheme. They joined and paid their first bill in November, qualifying me and my firnd  for a reward voucher. However, I have still not received a valid voucher that I can redeem. I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by following your troubleshooting suggestions (clearing cache, trying different devices and browsers, etc.), but the problem persists.

Throughout this process, I have:

  • Been told the voucher had already been sent (it had not).

  • Experienced repeated errors when trying to select a retailer (Curry’s) through the redemption portal.

  • Sent screenshots of error codes and provided alternate email addresses as requested.

  • Been asked to resubmit the same information multiple times despite it being previously provided.

  • Waited through extended delays without resolution or clear communication.

  • Been informed my friend’s referral details were incorrect, even though they were accurate from the start.

Despite following all instructions and engaging in good faith, I have had to chase the matter repeatedly, with no satisfactory outcome. The time, effort, and frustration involved in claiming a promised £60 reward have been unreasonable and unacceptable.

 Could you either escalate or provide details of your complaints procedure.
