Refer A Friend Voucher

Just joined Sky via a friend and we've received the voucher email, however its not for the correct amount, and cant find anywhere to query it other than sitting on the phone to Sky being transferred from pillar to post?

I introduced a friend to Sky streamin - Paul Cartlidge account number ending 7740 he has received his £75 reward voucher but I have not received mine -  Andy Griffin account number ending 0877 please advise
