Reducing bill

My husband has lost his job and would like to either cancel or reduce bill, but still in contract

You are goung to have to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Depending on the services then don't be surprised if they say no.  (Being in contract is a commitment for the minimum term)

 

There may be elements that are not covered that can be removed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You can't cancel it for personal circumstances and they won't reduce it neither if you cancel it before half term of ur contract you will have to pay full amount of sky subscription

That's correct - early termination for TV services is at Skys discretion as per the T&Cs and if Sky do agree they are entitled to ask for you to pay out some or all of the remaining contract. Agreeing a minimum term contract (usually for a discount) is you making a guaranteed commitment to Sky to pay them for their services for a specific period.
