Reduced Bill

Hello I got cut off from the chat to staff Rebecca . I was explaining I was promised a call from sky October 2nd from a manager to reduce my dads bill for not using sky kids since 2025 they have only adjusted the bill for October.

We're other customers here so cannot assist you with account specifics...

 

You'll have to get back in contact with Sky - either phone or chat.  (Sky will not normally provide retrospective refunds of services unless there's a very specific reason, i.e. 'not using' probably won't count)

 

I wouldn't bank on them calling.  Also, they would normally only deal with the account holder unless you have PoA or similiar.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/third-party-assistance

I was promised a manager will call October 2nd in regards to my dads bill. He has been charged for sky kids but only adjusted the October bill. I am requesting his bill can be adjusted from the start of 2025 £55 charged at £8 for every month which he never used.
