Reduce monthly charges

I am already a customer and have. Wen for four years, my standard sky entertainment package and Netflix is £31 a month can I have this discounted as new members are being offered it for £19 , what's happened to looking after the customers you've already got?

You'd have to call Sky and try to negotiate a new discount if your previous discounts have run out, which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are much harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Unfortunately that isn't how the industry currently works. TV and Broadband providers have all realised that the majority of customers don't ditch and switch at the end of their minimum term contracts which means it works in their interest financially to save the best deals to attract new customers and typically only offer relatively small discounts for existing customers looking to recontract.
