Last bill paid twice overpaid

Last bill i have paid twice, i contact to customer's service and i don´t know what happen and if they solve the incidence or i lost my money.

I would like to refund my money's back or use for next bill. Is thr first time that i pay twice and lost my money.

I am very dissapointed and i wish a solution for that. 

Please somebody of customer's service can solve it????

I don't have any email adress to contact with customer's service, only a bot without any answer for that.

If you paid twice, the extra amount will show as a credit on your Sky account and will be used against your next bill. 

 

I'd recommend not making manual payments. Let your direct debit or automated monthly card payment do it.

We're other customers here - not Sky support.

 

Your money is not 'lost'.  Any excess payment will be credited to your account and should be used against your next bill.

 

Alternatively, if your account is showing a credit (negative amount) then you can request a refund.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
