Spoke with the guy who set up MySky package , he told me sky covers the cancellation fee from previous broadband supplier when the contract has been shut down early
how do I claim this back as sent it to sky but no confirmation or update on my account

A copy of your final bill show the early termination charge
A copy of a statement showing that you have paid that bill.
If you don't supply either of these you claim will not progress and you will be asked again for these details.
