Recontract & Feedback

I renewed my contact with Sky on 28 March. The operative I spoke to was particularly helpful and I wanted to give some positive feedback as he'd mentioned. No text or any other means has arrived to do so however. Does nayione know how best to leave such feedback please as I can'r seem to navigate aroudn the Sky websire well enough!
