Well I have Sky TV for about 4to 5 yrs but when I go to pay my bill it is not coming off my bill .On my sky app it has an account on it ,and the bill says I'm £225in credit but I know this is wrong .

Is there a reason you're trying to make a manual payment? You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up.

Is there a reason you're trying to make a manual payment? You should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up.

I've just always paid it like that .But even if I had direct debit I would have no way of checking my account ,I do not understand why I have an account and use sky TV,but my sky app has a totally different account and what ii pay keeps getting added to the sky app 1.

Have you been a customer of Sky in the past then left for a year or more before returning ?

Hi Thank you for answering me .I have not left at some point and comeback,this account which I am using has been the same since I joined sky ,at 1 time I had my account on my phone and paid it on there had no problems but then I lost my app somehow and now I can not get it back ,lost my account my number too .
