@Disco2 Have you had any call charges not covered by a call plan?

 

Has a discount period on a data plan ended? 

 

Were you late paying a bill and had a late feeling added?

 

Have you purchased extra data at any point in the billing period?

 

You need to look at this bill and your last bill and see what's changed.
