Can you tell me why I have been charged a £10 admin fee
Thats normal when you make changes to your contract. Although if the admin fee is to be charged, they would have needed to inform you of this.
Did you speak with Sky over the phone? Did the advisor at any point mention the £10 admin charge ( if they didn't, and you are sure you can raise a complaint with Sky and they can listen to the phone call, if the advisor didn't mention it then they can't charge it to you and would then need to credit the £10 back).

@Mazza55
You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
Admin fees are quite normal when joining or renewing. If the charge was added after a phone conversation and wasn't mentioned during the call, ring again and ask them to listen to the original call. If it definitely wasn't mentioned hopefully Sky will apply it back as a credit on your account.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off
