Receiving Sky Text messages

Hi there,

I keep receining text mesages stating my sky and broadband account is about to be activated, a change has been made to my account, my  sky and broadband account is being activated today,  my sky and broadband account is now active and such things like this. I have neither requested for sky to be installed at my property nor do I want sky. I have in the past had sky but have not requested any info for some time.

 

I have tried to phone sky and actually speak with someone regarding this but I cannot ever get to a position on the automated call system that will let me speak to someone.

 

Can someone assist me?
