Received an email saying 'Sign in to Sky using this access code'. I do not know why I have received this email, as I did not ask for it.

Almost certainly because someone has tried to sign in to your account, probably by mistakenly believing it is theirs.

I really wouldn't worry about it.

Hi @Hawkmoth   I would keep a close eye on any changes, if scammers have hacked your email account then they have the access code.
