Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

You can pay the outstanding bill here:

 

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

 

Then you will need to setup a payment method like a credit or debit card or a direct debit. 

 

If you are 2 weeks (or more) late in paying this then you next bill will need to be paid as well. After doing this you will need to wait for your payment to be cleared by the banks.
