Reactivate

I cancelled sky broadband and returned router but 7 days later went back to  sky. I have had an email to say I need to reactivate or you will take £109.50 from me. How do I do this I am elderly and have no idea

@CDol Have you received a replacement router ? If so I'd say that you need to plug it in, let us know. 👍
