Phone bill

January my phone bill was nearly £200 February it was £170 now it's £158 why is it so expensive?

@Ashleac is this your landline bill or mobile. First place I'd be looking is the bill which you can download from your Sky account.

If this is for a Sky Talk landline the default tariff is Sky Pay As You Talk whereby all calls are chargeable except freephone numbers and calls to Sky Customer Services. This can work out very expensive if you make a lot of calls. On other tariffs the inclusive calls are only for up to one hour so if you're making longer calls again this is very expensive.

 

If this is for Sky Mobile an increase normally means roaming charges, buying some extra data at £6.00 per GB, sending chargeable picture messages (95p each), calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending. Only 01, 02, 03 and UK 07 mobile numbers are inclusive.

Ouch, did you not query this earlier in the year? Unless you only joined in January was it generally always high last year?
