I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later but more likely to be tomorrow.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

Hello I returned my sky TV equipment in the returns box I received from you . I received an e mail saying it had been delivered back to sky then today I received a message saying to return my equipment or charges will be applied. What's going on

As you are only talking to other customers here you will have to contact Sky about this so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.


Sky Assistant is also available 24 hours a day on sky.com/help with rapid responses.
