Sign up voucher for joining sky   £70  i think it was to spend at tescos ,  im  sure  ive all ready been billed by now ? still havent had a voucher via post or email ? 

ive emailed helloatgiftcloud.com had no replies  emailed them 3 times had no reply ?   it  asked  to quote a code numbers etc ive  sent them that still no reply !!

So many people ripped off by these offers from Sky. They promised the gift cards or incentives, take the order and then offer no sevrice in terms of resolving issues with lack of cards. Only reply ever form Sky is "the cards shodul arrive within 45 days of first bill". No support whatsoever. We are movign away form Sky in due course as they are untrustworthy. Investigating BT as a service now.

I can't get to mine either. I signed up to gift site, created a virtual mastercard but have been unable to access it or spend it....

one big con I think.

Anyone know how to contact sky about this?

Nope. It was a massive con by Sky. Nowhere to contact. Delay tactics by anybody you do manage to speak to. Blame game passing to different departments and then... Silence.
