Find out moreYou say you have been overcharged but is really what has happened is that you made a manual payment and then Sky took it via your payment method because if this is what has happened the manual payment you made should now appear on your account as a credit that can be refunded if you want.

You don't say what services it's for but if broadband you will be able to cancel penalty free for the forthcoming price increase. TV not so.
