I have the same exact problem, I can't view my product settings, I get this:
No active Sky products
Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account.
And on my account status it shows Sky iD Guest access even though my Sky iD is linked to the account

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
