Re: Router charge

Hi sorry I am new to this its impossible talking to the robot never answers your questionl

so I have had same problem with our router for the last three years especially trying to watch things like netflix or BBC i player keeps going red eye and off. anyhow, got a new router and package great no problem until the £50.00 charge for the router. The router is no good and I should have charged Sky for none use of the router because it would not do what it said on the box. I would like a refund if that is possible thanks for your patience on this topic guys you have probabley seen or heard it all before any way thanks Paul

We are customers here @paul+001 so can you be sure that this £50 payment was for not returning the other router back to Sky ?

@paul+001 did Sky ask for it back, and did you return it? Faulty or not, it's only loaned to you.
