Hi Sky Team,

 

I sent three emails to Sky.de Support , one in January and the other one in March and then in May 2024  to cancel my subscription, but did not receive any reply.

I moved to England from Germany and hence I do not need the Sky subscription from Germany.

I would like to cancel my subscription.Please confirm my subscription.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, Sky Deutschland GmbH is a different company within Sky Group: their account, billing and customer support operations are entirely separate to those of Sky UK Ltd.

 

It's probably worth noting that Sky UK won't accept email cancellation of a UK subscription, so I suspect Sky Deutschland wouldn't do so either for one in Germany.

@KThankai  You can contact Sky.de to cancel using this link there is an online form you can complete to cancel your Sky DE TV service, you will need to use your Sky ID associated with your Sky DE account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
