I cancelled on 11th February 2025 and payed my last bill on the 28 January2025 and I'm now being asked for 29 pounds plus 10 late payment charge

Have you got the dates the right way around ?
Either way how did you cancel, by calling Sky and after you did were you sent an email acknowledgement of the cancellation ?

Now you have provided more information did you sign up to EE as per the switching scheme so they would then tell Sky you have left or did you first cancel with Sky ?

- The dates are the right way around,and sky asked for their router to be sent back which I have done.l thought it would be cancelled then?
