Equipment sent but not received

Im moving home and set up the moving process. A part of this was having a new hub sent out. I received an email saying you had sent the equipment and was on route and then an email from royal mail saying they have delivered the hub to our address. The hub was not delivered to us and we do not have it. Trying to contact somebody about this is impossible as Royal mail tracker doesn't work as they say they have delivered it. Obviously they've delivered it to the wrong address.
