I am constantly getting the debt agency ringing and saying I own £94 as I've not returned my sky box!! I did send it back and the packaging got broken so Royal Mail sent it back, I've requested from sky 4 times for a new packaging but you have not sent it

I need to return my sky box, you have sent in debt collectors but it's you that I am waiting for packaging to return my box! I have contacted you 4 times now

This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here.
Providing you’ve cancelled successfully the returns packaging is usually sent out near the end of a cancellation period, which is 31 days for TV and 14 days for broadband, to the address that the account is registered at.
You can reuse the box any new equipment came in. If you don’t have that you can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may wish to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. The link below also explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable give Sky another call. Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the UK returns, don’t appear to be that well organised.
