I am absolutely stressed out with sky customer service team...appalling. They owe me monies and this has been going on since October. Speaking to 6 incompetent people in one call of 85minutes I think is unexceptable. How many chances should this company be given and what is the best way to resolve my issue? I have already emailed the CEO Dana Strong but having just looked on this forum it appears she offers no support either???

Sorry this is the first time I've been on this forum. Sky customer service is enough to make anyone lose their temper.. they are absolutely useless

Funnily enough, the heads of multi-billion pound companies are rarely involved in answering customer email.  Reportedly the formidable Ms Strong is currently considering whether to take the job of running the BBC...

Indeed.  There will be an Executive Office that monitors the mailbox and may redirect it to the appropriate internal team.  It sometimes get results.

 

I've used this technique before with other large firms.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
