Extra payments

I am having the same issue with my broadband account it has gone up 3 times since the 1st of April from £27.50 to £31.50 to £33.56 and now £39.50. I do not use the landline and have extras just broadband. Sky help is useless I just want to know why.

On 1st April each year there is a price rise so you would see the increase over two bills, you might have also had a discount ending around the same time of afterwards if you have seen another increase as the minimum term on offers are 18 months so would increase after this.
