Re: Credit refund
Sky owe me £98 and I've been waiting 15 months. Multiple 'attempts' to return via bank transfer / DD have failed and the cheque in the post never arrived. They tell me a manager will call me in 9 days, despite everyone else telling me 'the manager' has sorted it. Every person I speak to blamed the last and no one resolves anything. What to do next!?
