No,  I need to speak with someone. 

Trying to upgrade a mobile.  Says there's a restriction on account but services arnt restricted.  The same as the others who posted on this thread.

There is no outstanding bill and my services arnt restricted.  I dont know what you mean by linking the account.  I've been with sky for years and upgraded before.

I was trying to figire out of you account was linked so that you were using the correct login.

 

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi

 

i have exactly the same issue . Sky are looking at it now . My sky is not showing restricted their end . I'm going to upgrade it's saying restricted . I have an outstanding issue . I don't have an outstanding issue!!! Plus I can't order anything till this is resolved
