Bill carried forward

Hi

 

My bill has been moved to next month but still says overdue

 

I just wondering if my account will be restricted or can I watch as normal and pay bill end of July when it is next due

Usually is a bill has been moved to the next one then it wouldn't say it is overdue so are you able to post an image on here of this bill and if you do then blank out personal details like names and account numbers.

It looks like the £95 has been brought forward from a previous bill so probably last months as this months would have been £140 but with the £95 it will be £225.99 as a payment of £10 was received. That bill is due to be paid on the 28 July although as this is a Sunday it should be taken on the 29th or 30th July..

 

Not sure why you are seeing the "Bill overdue" payment message unless there was an issue with last months bill ?

Ye the 95 is from last month as direct debit failed on 1st July but they haven't tried to take again.

Usually when a direct debit fails they will try to take it again 10 days later so that would have been on Friday 12th but it looks like for whatever reason that have carried it over to next months bill so all things  being well they should restricted your services due to this as far as I can see.
