I have a subscription but cannot see how to get my Vue tickets

I was told you get 2 free tickets a month - when they got me to sign for a free trial.

It seems you only get to watch certain films at certain cinemas and you have to go into a ballot to get them!

The free cinema tickets don't apply when on a free trial of Sky Cinema.

Thanks for that information.  No mention of that when they got me to agree to it.

Presmably, I was correct about the ballot for cinema tickets though?

Tickets distributed through the general VIP rewards scheme rather than the specific Sky Cinema subscription offer of two seats per month at the Vue chain (which is a commercial arrangement between Sky and that company) are necessarily limited: there are many millions of Sky 'VIPs' eligible for the giveaway ballots.
