Random question

Hey,

does anyone know when sky updates the bills? I can't remember when it comes out and I would rather pay early but it hasn't updated to this month bill yet

Bills for Sky Q, Sky+, and Sky Broadband/Talk are generated 14 days before your payment date.

 

Bills for Sky Mobile, Sky Glass and Stream are generated 3 days beforehand.

 

The T's and C's you’ve agreed to state you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up meaning you don’t need to make a manual payment unless your services have been restricted.

Bills are all up to date and paid for just I would rather have all my bills paid at the beginning at the month and I have changed it on my sky to come out on the 1st of the month but at the moment it comes out middle of the month and I'm just not a fan and I can't remember exactly when it comes out

If you have changed your billing date depending on when you did this it might not start until your following months bill so what does the MySky app now show what date your next bill will be taken on ?

All it's saying on my sky that it's paid but this month bill not showing at all

What does it show under the future bills part ?

If you go in to "bills and payments either on the My sky app or by logging in to your account on the sky.com web site and then click on" future predicted bills. You will see a list of the next three months predicated bills if you click on them it will show the charges for that bill and at the top the date when sky will take it from your bank account.
