Random Card Transaction from Sky Mobile

I'm a Sky mobile customer have been for years and pay by DD again always have but just noticed a debit from my account stating Sky mobile and shows as an online transaction today. I did not make this transaction or purchase so reported as fraud to my bank but signed into Sky mobile account after doing so and shows on my upcoming Sky bill as a manual payment made today which I know I did not make!! Seems extremely odd
