Sky has took £99.49 from my account even though I paid by card already! I have repeatedly asked for them NOT to store my card and just take money when they like! Every single month you steal from me! I pay enough at £99 a month without you taking more! Return this now!!!

Firstly, this is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here.
Have you made a manual card payment? If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will now appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This will automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. If you want the overpayment refunded to you, you should ring Sky.
I would suggest not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky as automated payments may not be prevented.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Anonymous Sky wont just take money when they feel like it, they will debit your card when your bill is due, as for not storing your card details well im afraid you are contractually obliged to have a continuous payment method stored on file.
