REFUND OF CREDIT ON ACCOUNT

I need help getting a refund due to me. relating to a credit on my account since 5 Dec.  I cancelled the direct debit after one was taken after the broadband account was closed..

Refunds should normally take about six weeks from the last day of connection but posts on here suggest it's regularly taking a bit longer but as you have already cancelled your payment method you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent; either by calling, or initially through Sky Assistant or via social media.

 

They can reinstate your payment method and reimburse in 3-5 working days or get a back office team to raise a cheque and post it to you which will take significantly longer.
