Pucks

I signed up to sky yesterday and just looked at my order and I am getting 2 pucks I thought I was getting one sky box and one puck. I don't want 2 pucks as my friend told me I can't record programs on the puck. If this is all you offer I will not be joining sky and will just stick with virgin.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

It sounds like you signed up for Stream. Pucks are for Stream and Glass set ups. You can't mix Sky Q (where you do have the record function) and a puck.

You need to call Sky asap once the lines open, to discuss and amend your order.
