Just cancelled my direct debit for your puck put my account number in 4 10 times don't work so you can collect your puck tomorrow thank you

Sky won't collect your puck from you.
Sky won't know whoi you are or your contact details from an unlinked community account.
Cancelling your direct debit does not cancel your services. In fact Sky will simply chase you for payment which will affect your credit file, if you're in the 30 days cool off why not do this properly and cancel over the phone?
