Quick question as I could not find a way to contact Sky via Live Chat and am not spending my Saturday on the phone to them:
I renewed my Sky TV deal, which includes multi-screen and an additional Mini Box, just before Christmas. I then received a letter which suggested I was leaving Sky and that I needed to return my Sky Q Mini Box by 4th February 2024.
I'm assuming this is just some issue with the renewal, but would like confirmation from a Sky employee of whats happening.
Any thoughts? Do Sky employees respond to posts on these forums?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
