Signed up in May 2023, there was a promotion of gift card after 120 days, when i e-mail i get a reply of a ticket has been action, i have asked sevral time because i have no idea what they mean and itstops there, any advice where to go from here. Thanks

It was Sky Promotion and ordered over the phone

If they told you that you were entitled to this card then you will need to contact them about not receiving it.
