Hi
we were promised a refund on our account when we renewed our subscription and added broadband. Was promised it would be on Feb bill, nope!!! Rang them again and was told it would be on March bill - Nope!! Just rang again and mysteriously the notices on the system that were there when I took out the new contract and at start of Feb are now no longer there. Anyone else struggle to get the promised refund out of sky??? They are quick to take money - but try getting it back!!!

I think a 'refund' would be unusual: how was an over-payment generated?

Hi
it was because we were overcharged on a bill in January and rather than credit our bank acct we were told it would be applied to our next bill (feb)

Hi
I was first told on 5th January that it would be on my Feb Bill, then on 20th Jan I checked with them again and told yes would be on Feb bill. Rang again on 3rd Feb when I had been charged full amount, rang again 28th Feb when they charged me full amount again. Both times I was told it would be taken off March bill. Asked to speak to complainants team and was told I would be rung back on 1st March between 5-6pm - still no contact. Now getting a wee bit angry at the amount of time I have had to waste on this (at least an hour each call). They are quick to take money or restrict services - but try getting back what you are owed and it is a nightmare!!!
