Promise to Pay

Please can someone tell me if there is any way to reinstate my sky services without paying the entire bill? i can't afford it at the current moment due to unforeseen life events that i have had to spend every penny on! i get paid next week, but my TV has been cut off. is there any kind of payment plan or promise to pay plan i can set up?

Sky has never done promises to pay so the only way to get your services restored is to pay what you owe and resetup your payment method again. Obviously the quicker you do this the sooner your services will be restored.

Just to add to that advice …

Until you’ve paid in full and set a payment method any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a full payment.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
