Prices hike
I have received a letter notifying of increase prices for my tv & broadband services from 1st April 2026. I would like to ask you as a loyal customer if you could rescind these price changes? I do so because in these hard times I have not received any wages review in line with inflation nor will I be fortunate to live by the persistent cost of living crisis. You and I are fully aware that it's not only Sky increasing prices but all businesses and suppliers.

This forum is primarily customer-to-customer help, you're not talking to Sky support
Best phone Sky to discuss this

These are annual price increases so happen in April every year.
Your email / letter contains a number to call if you wish to cancel certain Sky services. You have 30 days to call after receiving the notification. Leaving penalty free only applies to Sky+, Sky Q, and Broadband/Talk.

That's really not going to happen. You might be able to negotiate a reduction in your current subscription cost of you agree to enter a new minimum contract term.
