Price rises

absolute disgrace not looking after their loyal customers can do special deals if you're not a customer but can't keep the ones that you've got, Bill has gone from £75-£97 50 My contract has ended so go elsewhere which can do it for £71 and get more than what I'm getting from Sky

have not missed one payment Is a disgrace how much it has gone up

If your discounts have ended you're paying the standard list price. Nothing to do with your payment record. You're right, though, if the list price is too high, and you can't negotiate a further discount with Sky, you have the option of going elsewhere subject to the required notice.

@Fatboy+dave

Unfortunately most if not all providers do this now. From recent posts on here it does seem that decent deals are increasingly hard to find. If you choose to leave the same will happen at the end of your discounted deal with whoever you go with. Once you've been away for 18 months you'll be able to rejoin and benefit from new customer discounts.
