On MySky under 'Choose your SIM only plan there was an offer of 4MB where the normal cost was £8 but this was scored out and replaced by £6. However when you clicked on this the normal cost of £8 was displayed. I phoned up yesterday and they gave it to me at £6 after a bit of discussion and 'checking with my manager' usual stuff
However on checking my bill it's showing up as £8. (On looking on MySky today that offer is gone and it's just showing as £8)
And to add insult to injury they have cancelled my £6 / 2MB, credited me £6, put me on the £8 rate and charged the £2 difference so my bill this month is £10!!! I don't know what kind of mixed up billing system does that.
I've got 3 SIMs on this plan so it's not just a couple of quid.

Just to update this post.
The complaints department listened to my original phone call and agreed with what I had been promised.
Unfortunately they couldn't honour the deal because the offer had finished.
So they have given me 2 of my SIM cards at £8 and the third one for free.
So I'm paying £16 for 3x4 Mb instead of the £18 for 3x2Mb that I had before.
So that's a win for me.
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction to complain to.
