Price increases February and April

Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help as I'm slightly confused with some recent price increases.

I renewed my contract with Sky in January 2024, new minimum term of 18 months and associated discounts applied. This means my contract ends in July 2025 along with the discounts. However I received an email back in December advising that my Sky Signature package would increase at the end of February by £5.50. I've also just noticed that the prices will increase again in April so in total my SS will go from £31 to £40.50 in two months.

I though Sky could only increase prices once in a 12 month period?

It's odd as my Sky Signature product shows as 'offer ending' 25/02/25 but the bills show the offers extending to 31/07/25? Along with the offer product discounts.

Any help would be appreciated as this seems unusual. Many Thanks

Sounds like your discounts to not co-terminate and is the source of your 'issue'.

You'll have to contact Sky directly to find out why they differ.

Yes, list prices not necessarily your price.  You bill will increase (monthly in advance) for expiring discounts and/or list price changes.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
