Price increase

I notices that my ddr to yourselves increased from £36 to £46 last October, and I don't appear to have received any email informing me of the price increase. I have been a sky customer for a very long time, but am seriously considering moving unless you can reduce the monthly ddr

Sorry @Carol19641 but we are just customers here so you are not talking to Sky.

An unexpected price increase like this is usually because a discount you had on your account has ended so when it was applied you would have been told or read how long it would last for so now is the time to speak to Sky to see if they will offer you another discount and if they do you will need to make you mind up on the spot and it will come with a new 24 month contract so make a note of when the 2 years is up so you don't get caught out again.
