Has a discount you had come to an end because such an offer doesn't last for ever and is usually 18 months in length at most.

Cheers ive only had 10 months so far of new contract! Mine says should be £36 but it ended up£40.40 with no explanation! Odd

The same it's as if the have increased price not took promotion offer off as they are £5 each, trying to get in touch to ask why, but almost impossible lol
