Prepaid returns labels not included

When I received my returns package, there were no prepaid returns labels for me to send the equipment back

What are you returning? You've originally posted on the Sky+ board. That equipment doesn't need returning. 

If the labels are definitely not included, this link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
