Yes.
It's covered in the contract but personally I find it 'cheeky' during a trial...
Try complaining, a formal one if necessary - see where that goes.

How do you figure that? I'm currently in a chat about mine magically changing to 2 months free when I took it out and then back to 4 weeks when I cancelled at the start of the 2nd month.

I did know if you can cancel a item in you Sky subscription and giving the required 31day notice and is not subject to a minimum term that Sky charged admin fee?

They don't and they certainly don't charge £60 for cancelling a "cancel anytime" free trial.
