Pre paid label

I need to return my old broad band hub because i recently moved and they sent me a different hub, they asked me to return it and put the pre paid label on it which they sent to me, the problem is i haven't received anything so i can't return it, how do I get a pre paid label sent to me ?, any help would be appreciated,thank you.

You an print your own return label here or have your post office do it for you:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
